The store made it possible for students to pay with their ID number and password. This reduced the amount of cash kept in the register and gave student an additional payment method.

The amount space available for stock was very limited and was occupied by items that had not been sold for months. The new ordering system made it easy to install stock triggers, find buying trends, incorporate seasonal changes and reduce the overall stock kept in-store.

When a student wishes to return an item they will receive an amount of store credit which can be used towards future purchases. This reduces the amount of time wasted during the process of reversing a transaction. Students would have 14 days to return an item to get a full cash refund. After that period the students will only be given store credit for returned items.
